Manifesto
Â
At The Different Company, we know that the perfume of the earth is demanding and rare, that capturing it will require time, respect and sensitivity, knowledge and passion.
At The Different Company, freedom has no constraint and work is generous. If our Master Perfumers perform the classical tradition accordingly to the rules of art, they sometimes choose to interrupt their work and use introspection to better grasp their experiences.
At The Different Company, perfume is created as a piece of art. It is unique and free, capricious and delicate, with no harshness. For a single bottle, seven hundred thousand Egyptian Jasmine flowers can be needed or fifty kilograms of Rose petals...

TUBEROSIS
On a pleasant autumn evening, in the golden light, the cold suddenly swept over me.Opening the front door, I turned to look one last time at the last stem of the tuberose flowers, a gift from a summer that had survived, thinking that in the morning I would go and pick it up to get drunk for a few days more on its smell. Since then, at a time when artificial lights respond to the night, the tuberose spreads a scent of jasmine, plum and spices.
